Industry: Insurance

Challenge: Qualify campaign leads without an advisor reviewing each one by hand.
What we built: An AI agent that talks to every lead and tags it HOT, WARM or COLD.
Result: ~181 leads qualified by AI.
What we measure now: How many HOT leads reach a call or quote, and time to first response.

Boreana

Industry: Real estate development

Challenge: Answer every WhatsApp inquiry and turn the conversation into an appointment, at any hour.
What we built: WhatsApp → numbered ticket → Google Calendar appointment flow.
Result: Live in production.
What we measure now: First-response time on WhatsApp, site visits booked per week, and the share of conversations resolved without a human.

Challenge: Find where AI could take work off the team's plate.
What we built: AI consulting.
Result: Ongoing: our first agency client, with AI consulting underway.
What we measure now: Inquiries coming from social media, and which internal processes to automate first.
