Privacy policy

ImaginGPT, based in Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico, is responsible for the personal information described here. We don't have a walk-in office: for anything about your data, including access, correction or deletion requests, contact us at davidsb@imagingpt.com.

Through the contact form: name, company, email, phone/WhatsApp number, industry and your message. We also record the site language, approximate country of the connection, the page you came from and campaign (utm) parameters.

To reply to your request, schedule a call and, where relevant, send you a proposal. We also use aggregated data to measure how our campaigns perform.

We only contact you about the request you submitted. We never send unsolicited WhatsApp messages or marketing texts. Every marketing email includes a working way to opt out, and we honor opt-out requests promptly.

Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4 load only after you accept them. If you choose “Essential only”, they don't load.

To run the site and follow up with you, your information may be processed by these providers:

Vercel: website hosting. ImaginGPT's own CRM: where we log your request. Calendly: scheduling, if you book a diagnostic. Meta (Pixel and Conversions API) and Google (Analytics 4): campaign measurement, only if you accept measurement cookies.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or stop contacting you, by emailing davidsb@imagingpt.com.
