The flow we already run in production

For a real estate development we built a WhatsApp flow that is live today:

  1. The prospect writes on WhatsApp and the AI agent answers instantly.
  2. Every conversation opens a numbered ticket, so no request gets lost.
  3. When the prospect wants a visit, the agent books it straight into Google Calendar.
  4. If the conversation needs a person, the agent hands it to someone on the team.

What changes for the sales team

The team stops chasing loose messages: they get booked appointments and tickets with the context of each conversation.
